Entity

0verlord is the entity created so that the intellectual property Daniel Leech and Jeff Taisch produce together is owned by it.

Each founder already holds significant assets through an established corporate structure, and those stay separate: the Taisch real estate dynasty (taisch.com, taisch.net) is solely Jeff's, and Nothing But The Prompt Inc (0verload.net, 0grep.com, neomonic.net) is solely Daniel's. What the two build together is owned by 0verlord rather than by either of those structures. The assets 0verlord is in charge of today are two websites in development.
